Txawm hais tias ob qho tib si tungsten alloy thiab cemented carbide yog cov khoom siv alloy ntawm kev hloov pauv hlau tungsten, lawv tuaj yeem siv rau hauv aerospace, navigation thiab lwm yam kev lag luam. Txawm li cas los xij, vim qhov sib txawv ntawm cov ntsiab lus ntxiv, qhov sib xyaw ua ke, thiab cov txheej txheem tsim khoom, cov khoom thiab kev siv ntawm ob kuj muaj. sib txawv loj.
Qhov txawv ntawm tungsten alloy thiab cemented carbide kev ua tau zoo:
Lub ntiajteb txawj nqus tshwj xeeb muaj cov yam ntxwv ntawm qhov siab melting point, ntom, lub zog thiab hardness, zoo plasticity, kub tsis kam, corrosion kuj, cuam tshuam tsis kam, oxidation kuj thiab shielding nyhuv. Tungsten steel kuj muaj cov khoom zoo sib xws rau tungsten alloys, tab sis nws qhov kub hardness thiab hnav tsis kam yog qhov pom tseeb heev, uas yog qhov pib tsis hloov ntawm 500 degree, thiab tseem muaj siab hardness ntawm 1000 degree. Txawm li cas los xij, nws yog nkig heev, yog li txiav yog ua tiav.
Qhov sib txawv ntawm tungsten alloy thiab cemented carbide siv:
Tungsten alloys feem ntau yog siv los ua cov khoom hnyav (xws li tsheb crankshafts, lub xov tooj ntawm tes vibrators, thiab lwm yam), cov khoom siv tiv thaiv (xws li kev kho mob collimators, shielding kaus poom, thiab lwm yam), cov khoom siv hluav taws xob (xws li lub tshuab nqus tsev vacuum heat shields, thiab lwm yam), cov hniav nyiaj hniav kub (xws li cov khoom chains, rings, thiab lwm yam) thiab cov khoom siv tub rog (xws li mos txwv, armor-piercing mos txwv, warheads, thiab lwm yam).
Carbide feem ntau yog siv rau cov khoom siv pwm (xws li hlau kos pwm, ntsia liaj qhov rooj pwm, txiv ntoo pwm, thiab lwm yam), cov cuab yeej (xws li cov cuab yeej tig, milling cutters, planers, thiab lwm yam), kho kom zoo nkauj (xws li rings, pendants, bracelets, tsej, thiab lwm yam), pob zeb drilling cov cuab yeej, cov cuab yeej tsuas, cov cuab yeej drilling, foob pob hluav taws nozzles.
